How do I pay for services?

• Traditional Medicare
• Tricare (Authorized Provider)
• Carefirst Bluecross Blueshield/Blue Choice

Including, but not limited to:

• Non-traditional Medicare plans (Medicare Advantage, Humana Medicare, etc.)
• Cigna
• Aetna
• If your insurance has out of network coverage, please call so we can help you verify your benefits

Call your insurance company or look at your insurance card to make sure you have Out-of-Network Coverage. We can run a benefit check for you if you are unsure. 

Self-Pay Applies to:

•  Individuals without insurance
•  Individuals that are not In-Network with us and do not possess Out-of-Network coverage under their current insurance policy to cover their visits. 
• Individuals who have out of network benefits, but the insurer reimburses the patient after the patient has made payments and provides a superbill from the physical therapist (eg. BlueCross Blue Shield FEP - standard option only)

You may start physical therapy without a physician referral under direct access. You must be able to provide a medical referral/prescription for physical therapy after 30 days.
