We treat scoliosis via the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School's Rigo-concept that is adapted from Schroth techniques to deliver PSSEs (physiotherapeutic scoliosis specific exercises) that are backed by research from SRS (Scoliosis Research Society) and SOSORT (International Society on Scoliosis Orthopedic and Rehabilitative Treatment).
The primary goal: Improve posture via an active correction and minimize curve progression

Spine, shoulders and scapulas orient more symmetrically with active Rigo-concept postural correction following PSSEs. No bracing performed.
18th visit (following PSSEs and 7 weeks of rigid bracing) at rest without active Rigo-concept postural correction. Scapulas and spine orient more symmetrically.
Patient can bend forward with both shoulders showing more symmetrically, less aggressive left rib prominence and imbalance of pelvis
Better orientation of spine and trunk to midline
Patient presents with better hamstring flexibility and can bend further forward, bra line is more horizontal which is evidence for improved correction of left thoracolumbar prominence
